Regisseur cameraman\u00a0Pieter-Rim de Kroon<\/a> (Nederlandse Film Academie 1981) begon zijn carri\u00e8re als cameraman bij het Bioscoop Journaal Polygoon-Profilti. Hij maakte vele films over culturele, industri\u00eble, maatschappelijke en milieu onderwerpen. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Zijn werk laat zich kenmerken door een sterke ‘cinematografische aanpak’, hij streeft ernaar om beelden een extra dimensie te geven; “de magie van de cinema”. In zijn films probeert Pieter-Rim het fenomeen van de droge waarneming iedere keer op een hoger plan te brengen waarin de relatie mens en natuur een vitale rol speelt.<\/p>\n

Victor Dekker (Film Academie 1980) is e\u00e9n van de meeste ervaren locatie-opname technici in Nederland. Hij werkte aan tientallen nationale en internationale speelfilms, TV series, documentaires en geluidsopnames, sounddesign en mixage van Imax producties.<\/p>\n

Voor Silence of the Tides heeft Victor gebruik gemaakt van \u2018multichannel\u2019 setgeluid tot 16 sporen aan toe voor de complexe Dolby Atmos soundtrack van de film.<\/p>\n
